These terms apply to your use of Billiards: Pocket Tour (the “App”), published by NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the App you agree to them. The terms of the store you downloaded the App from (Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. Crystals and cosmetic items

• Crystals are earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred, and exist only within the App on your device.
• Cosmetic items (such as cues, balls, tables and backdrops) change appearance only and never affect play. Items obtained through in-app purchase are a licence to use that content in the App, not a sale of property.
• Because progress is stored on your device, deleting the App or resetting the device may remove Crystals and items earned in play. Purchased items can be restored through the store account used to buy them.
• Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

3. Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the App except where the law allows; do not use cheats, exploits or automation to tamper with the App or its purchases; and do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Ads and third-party services

The App may show ads and uses third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content, including characters, artwork, music, sound and software, belong to NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors. Open-source and third-party notices are listed inside the App.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any part of it. Some features, such as ads and purchases, need an internet connection.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Ending these terms

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
